Located in Capurganá in the Choco region, Mi Cabaña El Maderal has a garden. It is situated 400 metres from Capurganá Beach and features a lift. The family that run the Cabana are the best. Very helpful and relaxed and they do washing too! They also generously let us pay via PayPal because there is no cash machine in the village and we were low on cash. ( We are stupid British tourists). They have the most adorable dog and cats! The breakfast pizza we had was the best breakfast we've had from any hostel we have stayed in this trip! I don't usually write reviews regularly but because the family went above and beyond for us. :) Thank you! Bryn and Emma x

Located on the beachfront in Bahía Solano, Refugio Mr Jerry Eco Hostal has a terrace. The property features sea and inner courtyard views. My favourite place in Colombia. The hostel is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach and run by Adrian and Lina who are very kind and always on hand to help. They offer trips to see the waterfalls, turtles and, most importantly, to go whale watching. The dorms are clean, comfortable and well presented. I'd recommend Mr Jerry to anyone wanting a glimpse of paradise.

Set 500 metres from Capurganá Beach, Cabañas Luna Escondida offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and a bar. This pet-friendly guest house also has free WiFi. So good, we extended our stay! Perfect for romantic getaway! Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times.

Maxim and his team really look after their guests and make sure, they have all possible comfort and info for their stay. Breakfast changes every day and is included in the price of the accomodation. The lunches and dinner you can order at Casa Wago are even more fantastic. On the cozy terrace you can meet all travelers and staff during the meals and feel immediately like in a family.

BlueBayou is more or less 25 minutes walk from Capurgana center, making it a great location to sleep and avoid any night noice 😉 Everything around the place was great, you can easily walk to Playa Aguacate, downtown, a close beach and any place around Super natural, Capurgana power is rationed during the day, I loved it when the light was out completely, because you're immersed in the nature Last but not least the staff, Stephanie is great, super attentive, informative and ready to help you. All the doggies and kitties stole my hear 😭 💜 A place to stay if you like nature, full disconnection and the good vibes 🌊
