The accommodation provides a housekeeping service, private check-in and check-out and organising tours for guests. Adrián is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time staying at Mr Jerry. It's a very nice hostal, with a lot of love to details, delicious food, very relaxed and amazing to spend a few days and unwind. Will come back!
El Valle

I really loved my stay at the Humpback as I have stayed there for 3 weeks ! The atmosphere is super chill and it’s an awesome place to relax, especially in the hostel’s hamacs or directly on the beach as it’s the only hostel that’s actually located on the beach. It’s also a great place to meet other backpackers as well as the locals who always hang out there. Overall I 100% recommend the Humpback !
First things first: Jimmy is a great host! Such an amazing and lovely guy! Genuinely cares about his guests. No matter what’s the question, he is happy to help! The location is right at the beach front and close to everything that the town has to offer (which is: Activities on water). Don’t expect windows or doors (at least none to the bathroom), but you can expect a clean and solid accommodation. We felt very much welcome and safe!
The views of the beach are spectacular from our room and social spaces. Everything was very comfortable, and an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and juices cereals and eggs how you like, good coffee etc. Monica was such a great host and so helpful about organising tours and recomendations of where to eat.
The rooms are rather terraces than rooms so you basically sleep outside in the jungle. Of course the mosquito net keeps unwanted visitors out. There might be monkeys, a sloth or a Tukan stopping by to say hi from time to time. Lucia was a great host and helped us cope with all the unforeseeable problems that can arise in such a remote place since she seems to know everybody in the village. Great breakfast every morning. Such a great hostel. Daniela was so kind and welcoming, she really made an already excellent hostel all the better. Location couldn't be better, right on the beach & town is only a short walk away. Coffee is available at all times and the kitchen is big and fully equipped. Comfy beds with mosquito nets. The cutest, friendliest pets. Couldn't recommend this place more.
Beach vibes, beds are comfortable, good tour around the place at arrival! Decent place on the overall that has great potential but needs some improvement and it surely will become a great hostel.
