Fabian is a host extraordinare. We were treated as friends, not clients and felt right at home. The room was comfy, the kitchen really useful and well stocked. It's outside the town centre but we'd stay here again whenever we visit.

They were SO SWEET! We booked our stay last-minute after returning our camper van, and when we got to their house, they welcomed us like family. They were very sweet, and prepared everything for us. The guest room was super clean and cozy, and the bathroom was really clean with hot shower. There was a little common area upstairs complete with a TV, microwave, etc. The house is about 10-15 minute drive from the city center, but it costs us $2 USD TO Uber to the city center. They also offered to take us to the airport the next morning, so it was very convenient. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEMARIS’ PLACE IF YOU WANT AN AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE! I’M SO GLAD WE BOOKED THIS! We will definitely stay with them again when we come back! ❤️ MUCHOS GRACIAS, DEMARIS AND FRANCISCO!

The owner and the staff in general were very helpful and welcoming. The place was very clean and the room was bright and warm (no need for thick pijamas). Breakfast was generous and tasty. I thought the location was very good as well, though not right at downtown, but they have a great view and honestly it's a nice walk to the shore and other places. I recommend it 100%.
