I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Uruhao. The hosts Francisco and Sonia were very welcoming and helpful, they did their very best to make my stay very comfortable, also to advise and make connections for guided tours (you need to have a guide and a Park Permit to go to the archeological sites). The hostal is very centrally located in the town area, but is very quiet within its own substantial garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommended !

Thank you very much for the accommodation and the owners who were very kind to me. He helped me cook rice and the next day my flight was cancelled, he helped me find a place to stay and rooms. It's a nice little walk to town, and you're far enough away that you get the tranquility of the countryside. Carlos was so nice to pick me up and drive me to the airport. There is a kitchen so you can cook your meals if you would prefer to do it instead of eating out( which is quite expensive)They helped us organise sightseeing with their son who is a registered native guide and also participates in dance performances so we learned a lot about the culture.
