Surrounded by nature, close to super markets, restaurants, bus stop etc. The owner was very responsive through out, allowed us an early check in :) Room and the attached bathroom was comfortable and clean.

Grande chambre au bord du lac offers accommodation set less than 1 km from the centre of Geneva and provides a garden and barbecue facilities. ideally located near the lake and Flix Bus station, the hosts were nice, warm and helfull. they even cooked us curry and SE Asian food and brought us to the train station. Le Cottage, a property with a garden, is set in Vésenaz, 7.5 km from Gare de Cornavin, 7.7 km from St. Pierre Cathedral, as well as 9.3 km from United Nations Geneva. the location is beautiful and very close to the city. The street is quiet, full of greenery and the house is exactly as described with a true cottage feel and a nice (albeit not very well maintained) garden.

Offering a garden and garden view, Maison d'hôtes "Les pilotes" is located in Geneva, 1.1 km from PalExpo and 3.2 km from United Nations Geneva. Catherine and her Daughter have opened their home to strangers as they love to meet New people and are, like me, travellers at heart. The whole house is (air)travel themed and I spent an incredible lovely night with my host not only opening the door but her whole life to me. Obviously this was in no way obtrusive but left to my own choice in accepting the invitation! I came as a stranger and parted as a friend- and will most certainly be back ; )) Merci.....
