Located just 1.2 km from Back Beach, Room @ 88 offers accommodation in Devonport with access to a bar, barbecue facilities, as well as a concierge service. John was the best host ever! His home is well located, a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse and beaches. Easy, flat walk into Devonport CBD. We felt very welcomed, enjoyed the outside area, comfortable bed, fluffy white towels and nice hot shower.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of sea, Hanlon Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in Stanley, 400 metres from Godfreys Beach. I slept here for ten hours straight! It was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the penguin viewing spot. The internet connection is great, and I could log into Netflix on the TV to watch shows.

Service is at seven stars, with Stuart going a few extra miles and Judy really being super helpful and caring. Place is very well tun, clean, all the amenities necessary are there. Breakfast is mostly locally produced, with lemon butter, bread and jams doing the trick! Highly recommended!

Assemblage Boutique Art B & B, a property with a garden, is located in Hobart, 3.9 km from Theatre Royal, 5.4 km from Hobart Convention And Entertainment Centre, as well as 3.4 km from Government... Great and unique property! If I had more time, I would love to take an art class with them!

A quiet location but only a short drive to Stanley and Smithton. Deb made us feel very much at home. Hopefully can return sometime.

Boasting a patio with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, Penguin Seaside Homestay can be found in Penguin, close to Watcombe Beach and 700 metres from Penguin Beach. Literally everything about this stay. We stayed in 4 different accommodations during our trip to Tasmania and the stay with Wayne tops them all. So welcoming, thoughtful, knowledgeable and respectful. Went above and beyond to help us plan the next part of our trip. The location was amazing. Although I didn't read the fine print about the woofers and my partner is highly allergic, Wayne was so accommodating when I told him and we didn't see or hear them once. Also, the breakfast provided is better than what we would have gotten in any cafe,made better by the ocean view. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Tasmania and stay for longer. Thank you for everything.

Situated in Penguin and only 600 metres from Watcombe Beach, Madsen Retreat features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nice spacious room, clean and comfortable with a nice view. Ting, the owner very friendly and helpful, even insisted on carrying our suitcases up the stairs, and back down when we left. Continental breakfast was delivered to our room at agreed time, some tasty fresh pastries included.

Boasting garden views, The Cosy Cottage provides accommodation with a garden, around 23 km from Devonport Oval. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. There was nothing forgotten in this cottage that you wouldn't have at home, even fresh eggs for breakfast and the pantry was well stocked. I will be recommending to all my friends and we cannot wait to go back again.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Richmond Barracks is located in Richmond, 29 km from Hobart Convention And Entertainment Centre and 21 km from Derwent Entertainment Centre. Great location, Had everything we required.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Stanley, Stanley Lakeside Spa Cabins is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. Lovely surroundings, natural secluded and peaceful.
