Bryan was a lovely host and the Villa was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The Villa was only a short walk into town and to the historic trail walk and right across form the beach. The Villas are an easy 50min drive feom the Ferry. The cereals and bread for breakfast were appreciated.

Great quiet, peaceful location, close to Kingscote and good to explore the island. Brett was a lovely host and quickly addressed a minor issue that come up. The property was nice and great for my dog Miss Mia as well. Comfortable bed, clean property and had all of the basics for a comfortable stay, good value for the island. There is a media/bar room that is well equiped and I'm sure would be great for families and movie buffs. I didn't use it as I was exploring the island :-)
Property was in a great location. It was very clean and all facilities needed to enjoy a home from home stay.
Everything. Brett was super helpful and a great host, we will be coming back here on our next trip to K.I.
