Their vision, and the work they do here for wildlife and nature, and for its future, is awesome. Thank you. The accommodation is just wonderful. So much thought and detail has gone into it, to make it the perfect stay. Whilst you are remote, there are all the modern comforts of home and more, with the bonus of real nature outside. Say hello to the Kangaroos every morning and evening, as you sit outside absorbing the raw beauty of this place and the glorious sunrises and sunsets. Not forgetting the Goannas, Koalas, and abundant birdlife Centrally located on the island which makes it very good for visiting the rest of glorious Kangaroo Island. The night sky is simply breath-taking. Staying here, was a privilege, and one we will never forget.

Located in American River on Kangaroo Island, The River Suites is a boutique hotel offering 8 king rooms, each with stunning ocean views. The price is good and and view is so amazing with the beautiful blue ocean . The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Kangaroo island Thank you Dhea and Family for an excellent stay. You guys were professional in every way. Accommodation and food was of the highest standard specially the Dinner that is so amazing and a wonderful experience for us. Looking forward to booking with you again.
