I booked the place with urgency so I didnt have high expectation but it turned out that it was one of the best experiences that I've had in my many years of travelling. Stuart's place was spotless clean, very well decorated, and calm. The room has everything we needed. Very nice bed, heater etc. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well equipped as well. But what makes it so special was Stuart's hospitality, and we really enjoyed talking to him and his partner.

Excellent shower, really comfortable bed, with a lovely porch to sit out on with an evening drink. Breakfast was really good, granola, yoghurt, fruit, eggs. Hosts Jas and Gilly were so welcoming, enjoyed our stay.

Most amazing accommodation (for someone living in the city) to be living out in the middle of nowhere. Tiny but fully equipped. Hosts gave tips to get to a beautiful secluded beach nearby which did not disappoint. Some farm animals nearby too. Sunrise and sunset views are to die for, and we were lucky to also catch a clear night full of stars, visible from bed. 100% recommend ⭐⭐⭐

Greeted with a delicious bottle of wine when we arrived and found some light breakfast staples in the morning (eggs, toast, butter). The house is clean and was very easy to keep tidy. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. This private room had everything I needed for my stay. It was close to the amenities I needed but nothing is very far away in Warrnambool. The hosts were lovely and the room was very easily accessible. The courtyard is a great addition and the room has a well stocked kitchenette. I would definitely recommend this property to others and stay here again. Great value for money.
