There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby as well. There is even free coffee/tea for all guests! The room had heating and very effective air conditioning. Our favorite part about our stay here was the smooth and easy check-in/check-out which is contectless and done through pin codes. We had an amazing stay here and I strongly recommend this place!

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. First of all, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The location of the facility was good, very close to the main street and the metro. We were very pleased. We had the opportunity to use a microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Suzanne is such a nice and friendly lady, with a lot of respect for your privacy. Your little sparkle room is so beautiful! And Suzanne treats her guests as if they are a Queen. So I felt like a Queen for 2 days 😊.

Everything left a very good impression, really. You have all the facilities you need, the owner was very nice. It was quiet and clean. The location is close enough to the city center for tourism but far enough to have cheap places to eat around. We recommend it, will come again!

From check-in to the breakfast everything was very smooth with all the staff. Easy access even for families with stroller. Very good price for an amazing breakfast.

The family-run guest house is just a 1-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station (U1, U2, U4). We had tickets to the Vienna State Opera and we wanted to find accommodation nearby. Pension Suzanne was a great choice, just a few minutes walk from the Opera. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly. The pension itself is located on one floor of a residential building. Easy to enter and find the rooms.
