It is a place where you feel like at home ..warm and quite..with a kitchen like your own , where you can make yourself a hot meal with a nice cup of tea ..the hospitality of Max and his kindness were overwhelming.. Finally , this were I would go whenever I visit Vienna .. Next time i will go with my daughter as I already promised her to do and we would definitely chose Room55

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. in Vienna the best way of travel is public transport. so that being said this property was aptly located at distance of public transport so that itself was awesome. The theme of the rooms, the comfort and the practicality was just amazing. the breakfast was delicious and perfect start for every day we were there. if there is a visit to Vienna I would for sure stay here special mention for the staff who was so helpful and basically helped us decided how, where etc to visit Vienna .

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. The room was big, clean and very high celling that I love it. Building is very nice and the location amazing, walking distance to tourist attraction, across the street from subway, I really recommend this place ! Thank You Tina!

The homestay has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was excellent—well-maintained, comfortable, and inviting. What made the experience truly special was Stefan. His hospitality was exceptional; he was very warm, friendly, and made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a homey and pleasant stay.
