It’s a nice family running this homestay. The owners are very professional, which was impressive. There are common place to chill, views are nice. They have good food, worth a try. We enjoyed the stay in sapa and mostly dined here everyday. We got a free special bracelet while checked out, I really appreciate that - however maybe better to get it while check in so that we won’t buy an extra outside lol.

The property is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Stone Church, and the Sun Plaza where the Fansipan cablecar station is located. We preferred the location as it gave us a break from the buzzing Sa Pa. The lobby is very spacious and invites to hang out, it also has a pool table at the first floor. We really loved our room. it was very bright, the bed was comfortable, and it also had a small balcony. However, what made our stay special was the friendly staff who helped us with tour arrangements, pick up and everything else.

We had an amazing time staying at Anh Duc Homestay. We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom, which was actually alright. It was never occupied when we needed to use or go for showers, it was as clean as you can expect from a shared bathroom. The location was absolutely amazing! Staff are so lovely and helpful. They organised everything for us, the owner made sure that made have something to eat when we left 5am, which was pretty nice of them.
They have breakfast, and serve food all day. We joined for dinner, which was nice and we had a lot of food! We are both vegetarian and vegan, we felt accommodated enough. Just breakfast for vegan that could be improved, as I only had bread and coffee but it’s ok.
Overall, I would 100% recommend this place. Our room was lovely and cosy. It was small but we had the space we needed. There are people who paid a little bit more for a cabin, which could be worth if you can afford it too. Hope you enjoy your stay!

The host and the chef were such an amazing part of the experience. Sapas soul is beautiful and wow it’s so special here. THE FOOD IS INSANE!!!! We tried everything. The juices and coffee and dinner and wow the views from the room… and the people. So special. Everything. She even helped us book a bus to ha giang and contacted the bus driver when I left my scarf on the bus. And I was able to get my scarf back!!! Such great people!

I feel pretty confident that this is the best place to stay in the Sapa area! Sue and her team are so wonderful and will make sure all your needs are taken care of, plus wonderful surprises. Dinners were exquisite and filling, and they were a wonderful time to meet fellow travelers and hear fascinating stories. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was bug-free (which I feel is miraculous considering the natural setting), the shower was glorious and hot. Breakfast was served individually, which is nice when you are still waking up! I could go on, but I don't want to spoil it for everyone. Basically, you will love your time there.

Sapa Farmer House is a gorgeous, family run home stay. The rooms are beautiful with fresh air from the windows and wonderful private balconies with a spectacular view. The trek I g experience run by the homestay is a must, we learnt so much about the culture and landscape. The family are amazing and we cannot wait to come back for another stay! If you want to see the real lifestyle of local people you must stay here!
This is an authentic home stay experience with very basic facilities. Mama Gia's family are warm and welcoming. Great food for all meals, and a fabulous emersive experience. Discuss with the family, trekking from Sapa Town to the homestay, approx 12km on the more direct route, or longer trek can be organised. Both can include a swim.

The room had a nice balcony and beautiful view of the paddy fields. The room was simple but had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Our host Su was very warm and accommodating, helping us to arrange the transport, booking of bus tickets and walking trip to the nearby villages. Group dinner at the homestay was heartwarming and fun. I highly recommend this homestay if you want to get in touch with nature, interact with the locals, understand more about their daily livelihood.
Super nice homestay with great hosts! The weather is cold but the people and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A good place to explore the surounding countryside but also to unwind away of all the vietnamese hustle and bustle. Also great food and cooking class!
Exceeded out expectations! We loved staying with De and his family. The location was nicely outside the incredibly packed Sa Pa town. We choose this homestay because of the great hiking reviews. We also did the full day hike with De and it was truly fantastic! We hiked through mountains, rice fields, small villages all day without seeing any other tourists.
