We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They helped us book and arrange travel and tours which were better priced though them. They gave us invaluable advice and made our stay so pleasant. The place had its own bikes and scooters to rent and bus picked up right out front to take us to our next destination. The hotel was so convenient to everything as well in perfect proximity to walk over to sights and lots of restaurants and shops.

- Nam is a very nice lady, so is the rest of the family. They place has a very warm atmosphere. Upon welcome Nam makes sure you get a map with everything interesting around and can arrange a bike or motorbike for you. Same goes for anything else you need in the area like buses or excursions
- When i left early they packed my breakfast to go and it was waiting for me in the morning
- The place is clean and the room is spacious
- the pool is nice after a long day of hiking and sweating

After I checked out, I had extra time. I came back to the hotel who allowed me to take a shower before getting to my sleeper bus. I was not charged. The owner was very nice when I first arrived giving me advice on what to do and having fruit tea available.

We loved out stay at Limestone View. Everything was exceptional - I can’t imagine coming back to Limestone and not staying with Dzung, Dep and their family. The rooms are spotless clean, the beds were large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is great, as you are cycling distance from all of the attractions, but in a nice quite area central to each. For a place so surrounded by nature, we never had any bugs in the room at all — it was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, they did laundry for us, made us various coffees to try in the morning, plus plus plus plus! Just book a stay here if you are looking at options.

Good location in the middle of Trang An and Tam Coc. We rode bicycles to both locations. Staff was very helpful in planning activities to do. The pool was nice and well-maintained. Comfortable beds.

However, the most remarkable feature of this place is the staff; they’re super friendly, attentive, nice and really make you feel like home. They speak perfect English. Incredibly good Homestay, well exceeded my expectation. Very cozy and comfortable. The host family are super gentle and generous, very kind locals. The location is excellent, tranquil and calm. The entire environment is just perfect, it is a hidden gem of Tam Coc. Walkable to everywhere. They also own a lovely garden cafe called Reply 1993 where you can find really good BBQ Pork Banh My. Tam Coc to me is very touristy but this Homestay is like a home. Thank you. Hope to return one day

The location of Tre Xanh Homestay is convenient (easy to reach famous sites) and beautiful (located on the street that has amazing side views of crop fields and mountains). The host family is really nice, friendly and supportive, and the garden view outside the rooms is really green and peaceful!

Rooms were large and clean with TV so was nice to chill too.
25 min to Pho di bo walking street and the ‘unicorn temple’. This area appeared to be mainly locals, had a great atmosphere and gorgeously lit at night time.
It was a 1.20 walk to Mua Cave lookout and beautiful scenery along the way. We didn’t hire bikes but saw lots of people cycling to the lookout.
The location is awesome, you’re sleeping in homemade bungalow surrounded by cliffs.
The nature is present everywhere, lots of trees plants and water (like a mini Ninh Binh).
PhoL, the manager of the home stay and the owner family are very friendly. I had the chance to share the local dinner with them, and had a lot of fun (I can cheers to anyone in Vietnamese now! Be aware of the happy water, makes very happy)
Finally PhoL gives good advice for things to see. You can rent scooters if you want of bike near the homestay.

The host family is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was abundant, delicious and filling. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable and the AC was powerful but working quietly. WiFi was fast and reliable. The homestay is perfectly located with "city center" within walking distance, but quite and relaxed during night time. Scooter rental was good and affordable.
