We really loved the two nights here. We arrived early at 7am and were allowed to check in straight away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. They recommended the tours without being intrusive or something like that. The whole place is really cozy and lovingly prepared. We had good breakfast and a very good time at the Tom Coc Friendly Homestay! ❤️

Our stay at Lys Homestay was perfect. Very affordable price for what you get. The staff are extremely friendly and so kind - it really feels like you are staying with family. Lovely pool, good rooms with everything you need and yummy breakfast. Nothing negative to say about our stay.

Everything. Dzung is the best host you can ask for. You literally feel like you are staying with a friend or a relative. He goes above and beyond. Even helped us arranging transportation from Ha Noi and within Ninh Binh. His wife Dep was so wonderful and kind. She makes the best banana pancakes ever. She also helped us with our laundry. His facilities are top notch. Room was extremely spacious with beautiful shower and view. Location is perfect situated between Tam Coc and Trang An so you have access to everything including Ninh Binh.

The owner was so helpful and assisted with every requirement. The room was clean and great value for money. Location is close to the main street but far enough back so not to get all the noise. We hired a scooter straight from the homestay and we were able to get out laundry cleaned as well. Nothing was every to hard for them. We got 5 star service for 2 star cost.

Most must do’s in the area are within a few km’s of the homestay. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. We would recommend for families. Safe environment.
Incredibly good Homestay, well exceeded my expectation. Very cozy and comfortable. The host family are super gentle and generous, very kind locals. The location is excellent, tranquil and calm. The entire environment is just perfect, it is a hidden gem of Tam Coc. Walkable to everywhere. They also own a lovely garden cafe called Reply 1993 where you can find really good BBQ Pork Banh My. Tam Coc to me is very touristy but this Homestay is like a home. Thank you. Hope to return one day

The location of Tre Xanh Homestay is convenient (easy to reach famous sites) and beautiful (located on the street that has amazing side views of crop fields and mountains). The host family is really nice, friendly and supportive, and the garden view outside the rooms is really green and peaceful!

Rooms were large and clean with TV so was nice to chill too.
25 min to Pho di bo walking street and the ‘unicorn temple’. This area appeared to be mainly locals, had a great atmosphere and gorgeously lit at night time.
It was a 1.20 walk to Mua Cave lookout and beautiful scenery along the way. We didn’t hire bikes but saw lots of people cycling to the lookout.
The location is awesome, you’re sleeping in homemade bungalow surrounded by cliffs.
The nature is present everywhere, lots of trees plants and water (like a mini Ninh Binh).
PhoL, the manager of the home stay and the owner family are very friendly. I had the chance to share the local dinner with them, and had a lot of fun (I can cheers to anyone in Vietnamese now! Be aware of the happy water, makes very happy)
Finally PhoL gives good advice for things to see. You can rent scooters if you want of bike near the homestay.

The mattress was very comfortable and the AC was powerful but working quietly. WiFi was fast and reliable. The homestay is perfectly located with "city center" within walking distance, but quite and relaxed during night time. Scooter rental was good and affordable.
