We really enjoyed our time at this homestay. Immediately after booking, they sent me a really attentive WhatsApp message explaining everything important beforehand. They also gave us a contact for a affordable taxi to get there and provided information about different tours they do. In the evenings you can enjoy a really delicious dinner with other guests and easily meet fellow backpackers! The place is run by a Hmong family and the homestay is basically embedded in their little village which enables you to observe the people and their lifestyle up close.
We had a double room with private bathroom. The room is simple but clean and same goes for the bathroom. If you want to rent a scooter you can do so just round the corner for a fair price.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.

2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
