From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the view from our guest house. The communication with Felix was great. He was responsive and very hospitable and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere and the view from the pool was one of the best You can find in all of LA. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall good stay. Room was clean and was as depicted in photos. Worked fine for a couple nights I needed it. Pretty quiet industrial/warehouse area, but nearby stores and stuff just about a 2 min drive away. Plenty of parking out front. Host was pretty attentive and responsive whenever I needed something.
