Perfect spot for a short stay. There were other guests at the property who were all very courteous. I didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom. The neighborhood made me feel like I was in a Hollywood movie. It was safe but had that L.A. feel. Palms trees along the streets in the neighborhood. Hoping to go back soon! Great New Years holiday break from my boring rural hometown. Love the excitement in L.A.!
In terms of the house, the WIFI was strong (I checked speedtest.net because I had an important meeting during my trip), the house was clean, and there was a cleaning staff every day. Uber/Lyft from the airport took about 25 minutes.

I've stayed at this property before and the check in was smooth. The place is always clean and there's a cleaning person who comes to clean the restrooms and public areas. They don't clean rooms during your stay like a hotel, but this is much cheaper than a hotel so I kept my room neat. Other than that, they have vending machines for water and snacks, which I appreciated so that I don't need to go out late at night. There are taco stands like others have mentioned which were amazing. Just a few blocks away on either side of the block (Figuroa or Hoover). They were delicious and I didn't get sick! haha

We had such a wonderful stay in LA! The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from a main hotspot & public transport. The house has everything we needed & the backyard has been turned into such a beautiful oasis.
