The hosts were very welcoming! My friend and I had to leave early due to a family emergency and they even offered us water from their fridge for the long drive. They were very very nice and I highly recommend staying with them. I was nervous to be staying in someone else’s house since I never have before but they were wonderful!

I had an amazing stay at Boston Monadnock Properties and loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay, booking a second time! The room was spacious and well-kept, with a super comfortable bed that made for restful nights.
The shared facilities were excellent—three clean and well-maintained bathrooms, two cozy living rooms perfect for relaxing, and even an office with a computer for guest use. The kitchen was a great bonus, stocked with complimentary food, making mornings even more convenient.
A special mention to our fantastic host, Turana, who was incredibly helpful with all our needs. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only reason I didn’t stay even longer was because they were fully booked—otherwise, I would have gladly extended my stay again! The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and homey place to stay! 10 out of 10 stars!

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Everything! The room was nice and clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also good, it’s close to the metro stop and near by there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Iris is a great host, I will totally come back here if I pass by Boston/Cambridge again.
