The biggest advantage is the host - he helped organize trips and accompanied them, advised where to shop without spending too much, organized arrival from and to the airport. The property is behind metal gates, no unwelcomed visitors. Beautiful beach nearby.

Andrea is a treasure, she helped us to organize our trips in the area and chased the local trip providers to give us good services. Also organized the local taxi for us and gave us useful tips.
The room was clean and spacious, air conditioning working, hot water in the shower worked. The room was cleaned nicely every day. The breakfast was big, exceptionally good. If you like milk in your coffee, just ask for it, nothing is a problem. We could also use the kitchen if needed for cutlery etc.

The beautiful place is located in a perfect location - very close to Royal Beach, Masai market and the main road in which you can find shops for everything you need.
The host is just an amazing person, a great, warm, and welcoming host. When we arrived, she welcomed us with a post card and flower decorations to celebrate our honeymoon, and also gave us a generous plate of delicious fruits. She took care of every need that we had, on a daily basis. Laundry, kitchen, local recommendations and transfer, places to travel and to buy things like alcohol, SIM card, even Barbershop. They even go to a distant shop to buy a new fan, in addition to the one in the ceiling, because we came in unusually hot weather and I'm very sensitive about hit.
Housekeeping, every day, with colorful flowers and cleaning, which was very nice.
The rooms are in the middle of a big, colorful and beautiful garden, which also has some nice spots to sit and relax.
The whole place is very quiet and safe.
No doubt we will come again.

We stayed in the "Apartment with Sea View". It felt like we had our own place on the beach, but with 2 people, Colin and Lesley, who cooked us excellent breakfasts and dinners. We loved the fruit crepes. The meals were not only delicious, but. so large we always had left overs for lunch The balcony apartment is quite large and has an am,azing pato with spectacular ocean view. The pool is deep and overlooks the ocean. We had it nearly to ourselves. There is a fridge near ,the pool with beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. If you wish a more lively place for drinks, you can go into town or next door to the Skybar. There is direct access to the ocean and while there are sea urchins, I swan in the ocean all 3 days I was there, but made sure I was wearing wster shoes. Some days we walked along the beach several kilometers. Colin and Lesley left us yo ourselves, except during breakfsst and dinner. They were grest hosts.

Location is good, not on the main beach but only a short walk to it. The beach directly in front of the hotel is main where locals park their boats.
We stayed in 3 hotels between Kendwa and Nungwi beach. This was the best value for money hotel. It’s not expensive and the hotel reflected that but we’re not mad about this at all.
Kendwa Breeze Bungalows is a beautiful oasis in Zanzibar and walking distance from the most beautiful Kendwa beach. The place is simple but clean and beautifully decorated with great hosts Elisabeth and Alex and their four-legged friend Scoopy :) thank you! We hope to be back soon <3
Renata is very nice and a lovely host. The location is perfekt, as we prefer to stay a few hundred meters from the beach. Spacy clean room. Superb breakfast. Some cute cats on our veranda was a great bonus.

Fantastic view of the beach, right on the seafront, good to watch the locals going about their business in the morning and the breakfast is very healthy and good , room are clean and comfortable , the staff are so helpful and friendly
The long beach where you can walk and access to turquoise waters. Locals try to send you things constantly but they dont insist when you say no. The sunbeds, the bars' area and the music in the evening. The spa was OK. If you prefer calm and silence dont go this hôtel. My economy room was great. Clean and confortable.

Warmly received by Mr Karim and a great host Mr Rafiq. Nice people, nice hotel, staff was efficient professional and friendly especially Ms Ruti and Mr Collmann(sorry if spelled the names wrong). If next time I have to come it will be my first choice in kendwa. All the best.
