The property is very nicely maintained, clean, and feels very safe and secure. We had a great time for 3 nights. Dee is such a wonderful host who was always around to see how things were going, provide tips on things to do in the area, and she and her staff provided great breakfasts and dinner for us. We felt right at home. It was a nice place to meet other travellers as well, as you have the options to eat breakfasts with the other guests each morning. We will stay again next time we’re back in Moshi.

Don't waste time looking around for other places to stay, just book Far's house already. Far was insanely accommodating from arranging pickup and dropoff from the Moshi bus station to providing a welcome drink upon arrival. The house was very clean and welcoming. Far hosted a barbecue/bonfire one of the nights I was there which was a ton of fun, and his sister made huge breakfasts each morning that tasted amazing. Far knows the best places to go out for drinks and was fun to party with. I met a lot of cool people staying here and won't hesitate to stay with Far again next time I'm in Moshi.

Mama Thea is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms I had was very spacious, the bed and showers excellent. The perfect place to recover from my Kilimarathon race in full comfort and fully pampered by the lovely staff that will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The garden is so peaceful and beautiful too. Excellent food. Just really enjoying this place, thank you again !
