My daughter and I loved the hotel. It is in the medina in an old building, but the property has been beautifully and sympathetically restored. The bed was really comfy, and the room was lovely and warm (we were there in mid-January).
Breakfast was very nice, and the serving staff was lovely.
We arrived late [at 22.15], and the owner arranged for us to self check-in, which was very straightforward.
Free parking is available close to the medina. Finding the hotel in the medina the first time was a bit tricky, and Google maps was vital, but it is actually very quick and easy.
Contact with the owner/ manager was excellent, and they were really helpful, answering any queries promptly.
I would recommend this property.

Amazing privacy, view like in Tuscany, amazing big room with bathroom, delicious food by the owner. In the hill and mountain, perfect location to enjoy each other for relax. Sadly we booked only 2 nights. We were ok even with little low signal of wifi sometimes because in mountain we expected. The pool, garden are super amazing. We could stay several days just for relax. Love this place at all. Amazing owner. Vero and Leo
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Such a great stay. Beautiful, dreamy, and typical Tunisian house in the heart of the Medina. Great hostess. Amazing rooftop terrace. A short walk from the beach. I highly recommend it.
Very friendly and warm staff..MR.khaled manager was a great host and offered a lot of free things...it was a wonderful stay with big amusement and joyce...nice choice and clean beach
For me this is like 2,5/3 star hotel in Europe, definitely needs renovations.
Good things:
-View & access to the sea
- Spacious rooms
- Swimming pools
- Gym (need to pay 50 dinar extra)
- service was okey, some people super nice like cleaning lady (we talk Arabic)
- a lot of locals as turists
Tiziana and Massimo are really engaged and good hosts . They are very kind and available and the trip was nicer thank you to their help and tips. The house was perfect, clean, spacious and we'll decorated. Location is the nicer in town.
The hotel is located in the center of the old town literally next to the sea. Ideal if you want to have an authentic experience as there are many locals who live in the medina with which you can interact. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly squeezed juices, local products and freshly made omelette. The host was super nice and helped us find everything we needed. She dedicated much time to help us even two months ahead of our arrival. The hotel is cosy and nicely decorated. It’s aesthetic was superb.
Staff and owner are exceptional and friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Had all the facilities needed for a comfortable home from home stay. Would 100% recommend and definitely return. Thank you
