Sunny Beach Residence is located in jomtien beach. If you want to visit pattaya , stay in jometien beach area which is hardly 10 mins drive to pattaya beach. This area is ideal for family, a decent and clam place and good for evening walk and chidlren play zone alvailable. The beach is not crowded and has all activities pattaya beach can offer.
The resutrants are pretty non indian however, og u alwant to have indian food, you can go to pattaya beach area.
The sunny beach residence is pretty decent and very close to beach area which is hardly 50 meters to beach. The room and facility provided is good. The one thing i like is plenty of day light is available during day time due to glass window, however at night the light seems to be yellowish and dim. Water is provided every day.
For the price the room is worth.
