A perfect place to stay and rest for short and long stays, especially if you are training martial arts out there. The hosts are super helpful and very friendly and will help you with finding your way around the island. Johnny was great and helped me to get a free ticket someone was giving away, back to the airport on the mainland in Surat Thani. The room is very comfortable and in a quiet area so you can rest up. It was cleaned regularly alongside the other amenities in the house. Everything you need for cooking meals and washing clothes is available and the hosts are able to help in sourcing a scooter for transport. Would definitely stay again!

French cafe on site was excellent and a great choice of menus … very yummy salmon/cream cheese and sliced tomato croissant and a great choice of fruit juices and excellent tasting coffee and they had a lovely bar with entertainment next door the jolly fisherman’s again very well presented
The bed was lovely and comfortable and lovely luxurious bedding .. I felt very safe there and the staff were extremely helpful and kind I will definitely be back

Felt so welcomed as soon as we arrived at the property, the lady who checked us in was so friendly, she took us to our room and showed us around! Well located next to the beach, 5 minute walk up the road to the main Cheongmon road with a 7 Eleven, good value for money, staff all very friendly, laundry service was useful.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Such a lovely and funny host and great atmosphere. I was made to feel at home from the get go. The host makes sure everyone talks to each other and can hang together if they want to. Great hostel highly recommended.

Great host, great service. The breakfast was always on time and delicious (we had paid for it as part of the booking). The pool was stunning and the property had incredible views. Unlike other villas in Koh Samui, this one was not being scammy with the electricity being charged separately (it was inclusive). The villa is also extremely spacious, with each room being massive in size. Great property for a large group of friends and family!

Great location, 25 min walk to Chaweng night market, 100m from 7-11, the beach is across the road. Comfy beds and clean rooms, good air con. The fridge was a nice surprise. Quiet pool with jacuzzi.
Well recognised hotel amongst the locals, very friendly pool, cleaning and security staff, nice sized rooms refilled daily with water/tea/coffee, pool area was very pleasant and well kept, amazing WiFi connection, location was ok to Samui central (walk 10-15mins). Lovely local cuisine to sample in and around the centre. Towels provided daily, rooms always cleaned and I loved the concept of indoor/outdoor and being connected with nature.
