staff was very friendly and helpful i changed my reservation at the last minute the owner was happy to waive cancelation fees which I was grateful. it's about 3 km away from the lake but you can drive there I had a car, not sure if there is public transportation

The location was ideal for us as it gave us access to explore the areas we were interested in without always needing to use the car. We enjoyed the benefit of the free bus service into Bled. The hamlet is peaceful and so we were not affected by street noise etc. A few minutes away there is a good restaurant with a varied menu serving quality food in large servings and even in high season we never waited long to be seated. The breakfast was varied with homemade cakes and jams and the hosts were friendly and informative. On our last day we arranged to do the zip line tour and Gregor kindly arranged with the company for a local pickup and return for us so we did not need to drive into Bled and find a parking space during a very busy holiday time.

Excellent apartment, perfect location. A few mintues walking distance to the lake, supermarket, restaurants, the bus station. Lovely host and I was welcomed by Nejc's mother with Bled cake!! and drinks. She described the surroundings of Bled and gave me a map. This apartment is very comfortable and excellent value for money.

It’s such a lovely hostel. The vibes and the staff are friendly, the room was cosy and comfortable. The location is nice there’s good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, plus a free shuttle into bled morning and evening.
The location is very nice and quiet and Ivana is a great host. Not only did she take good care of us, but we also enjoyed her company. The apartment is spacious and has two nice balconies with a view of the mountains.
The opportunity to bring my dog with me, there was no problem and all the host family was really nice to him and to us :) The apartment is in nice and quiet area, yet really close to the shopping centre and to lake Bled which is full of tourists :)

We were extremely happy with the accommodation! Ivana is such a lovely host, she welcomed us on the first day with a full basket of Lásko beer (the local brand) and some chocolates, and she gave us so many good suggestions about what to see in the surroundings!
The accommodation itself was quite comfy, many bedrooms, a nice and spacious kitchen and a terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains :) Totally recommended, we we will definitely come back!
Igor and Magdalena are great hosts! They made sure everything is alright and were available for questions and additional requests. The communication was smooth as they speak English and Serbian. The kitchenette has all facilities needed, even tea and coffee. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and well maintained. If you want to experience the real Slovenian hospitality, that's your place!
