Very spacious and comfortable apartment for the whole family or larger group. Having a rental car the location was excellent to reach any place of interest on the island. There is also a bus stop across the main road but we have never used it. Great communication with the owner through the Whatsup. Overall we had a very nice stay.

It was quite nice accommodation near Ribeira Grande. The bathroom was common with other rooms, it is a little bit uncomfortable, but there are 4 rooms for 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bed is not too good yet. The breakfast was very basic, I’d like to have some vegetable.

Great place to stay. The house is very nice, we had a comfortable room. In the evening we sometimes cooked, the kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast was good, but would like some variety. Enough parking space. Nice views from the window!

beautiful grounds. nice and large. great view from the pool area of the ocean and sky. friendly and accessible hosts. i liked keyless access. very easy to get in out without the bother of keys. great parking and location. perfect accessories available in the house which allowed me to make a lovely coffee and breakfast each day. and enjoy it on the grounds with a lovely cat that hangs out there. very clean which is always my top priority. very accommodating hosts provided a cot for us.

A beautiful property situated in a rural area. Crispim was a great host welcoming us;he provided strawberries picked from the vegetable plot which were great. The fridge had a few essentials when we arrived together with a bottle of wine which were appreciated. The apartment was situated in large grounds with a wonderful patio area overlooking the infinity pool. Once we figured how to get to main road from property it was excellent for access the whole of the island. It was ideal for our last 5 nights on the Azores with time to just chill out
Orlando is a great host, with a really nice guest house in a perfect location to visit the island. The room was spacious for two people, with a spacious private bathroom. The shared kitchen is well equipped for anything you would need over the vacation. (We stayed at a private room. There is also a separate apartment in the house, with a private kitchen I believe.)
What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay in Quinta das Rosas. The location is perfect, the apartment has everything you need and Eduardo is a great host who gave us a lot of helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. Baby bed and high chair was provided and much appreciated. We really liked having a cup of coffee on roof top terrace in the morning.
I would consider coming back and renting all three villas for the extended family.

It was perfect acomodation.
Wonderful breakfast and access to a full kitchen if we needed it. The room was big with lots of additional amenities like a heater to keep us warm when we got cold. There were also blackout shades on the windows, which made it easy to sleep. There was a bathtub and a shower with lots of hot water!
Quiet street with tons of parking, really close to food options (which were all frequented by the locals so you know it's the real deal).
Would have gladly stayed longer if we had the opportunity - Highly recommend!
