The location was walking distance to the airport and port. The host (David) was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us plan hikes and other activities. The facilities include a kayak and snorkeling gear. The house was very unique as it’s a historic boat house with views of the water. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Hortensia house was really spacious, comfortable and equipped with anything you might need - from a super equipped kitchen to several AC units, a washing machine and a rack to hang your clothes. We really loved the garden & patio where we could have breakfast and dinner. The peaceful surroundings are really a plus.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Ricardo was an absolutely amazing host. He accommodated us checking in a little early, then gave us a detailed walk thru of the entire island with tons of recommendations. His properties were just as incredible. Extremely comfortable and private homes just outside of town. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Flores to stay with Ricardo!
Catarina is a lovely host, really sweet and warm-hearted. The cottage where we stayed was cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and the stay overall was amazing. We wish we had stayed there longer.
Also, the location is really good and it’s right by a super good restaurant that we also highly recommend.
