The location was excellent! The team was so nice! Ate at many good restaurants nearby. The studio coffee, Uaucacau chocolate shop, Se boutique hotel rooftop bar, revolution bar are a few. We found Sofia at bestdestination dot Maderia (through Instagram). She is amazing for transfers and tours. Amazing!!!! We loved Maderia!

The location was in center of Ribera Brava , just 5-6 minute walk to beach and the town center. It had bus connectivity to Funchal also.
The room was daily cleaned.
View from the room was also perfect with a slight glimpse of sea.
Free Parking for Car and Scooter was just also round the corner , also there were numerous paid parking.
Kitchen also had everything to cook , though a bit congested.

Great, spacious apartment and great communication with the lovely host who allowed us an early check in following a mega early flight. The balcony is huge and has a gorgeous view. While we travel with our own pillows always (team Levitex Anywhere), the mattress was surprisingly firm and comfortable.
Great location overlooking the bay, great breakfast. Staff were excellent and it was nice to be offered a welcome drink on the terrace. The Village that Churchill Bay is in (Camara de Lobos) is lovely, some nice bars and restaurants and good mix of tourists and locals. Good value too.
You can also walk to Funchal along a coastal path that takes about two hours but has some nice bars en route. We also hired a car through the hotel. Car was delivered to the Hotel and the car hire company was superb.
it was in the centre of a small fishing village surrounded by good places to eat with friendly locals . staff were always real helpful nothing was too much trouble.

3) Kitchen is suitable for preparing any dish. Good fridge.
4) Very clean and nice, broad rooms with high ceilings.
5) Due to large rooms it is easy to breathe freely during the night.
6) Locals are very silent, no trouble during the night.
this property was way better then what I expected, amazing value for money and Ana is great host. I would highly recommend this property to people who may want a bigger space then a hotel room, the pool was excellent too and internet was great (i managed to work there one of the days).
If you are not hiring a car I would suggest downloading an app called Bolt. it works like uber but is a whole lot cheaper then normal taxis and it literally takes 5 mins to get to the port area of Funchal, amazing location!
