With breakfast there was plenty of selection and more. Also home grown eggs which we didn't realize we could use. However, George said we could take eggs with us which was generous.
Setting was excellent with views to Mt Taranaki.

We had a lovely few days at the Post Office Cottage. Cozy, comfortable and well provisioned, it was a great base for exploring New Plymouth & Taranaki. Also well setup for our 4 year old daughter. Thanks for having us!!
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Spacious, comfortable rooms and other amenities at hand. Beautiful outdoors area with a nice view of the garden from the deck. Good location if you don't want to stay in New Plymouth as such, yet still within 20 minutes drive to town. It's a homestay rather than a hostel, much friendlier environment and an accommodating host. We've had a good break away from Auckland, but you made our stay memorable. Thank you 🙂
