The property was very close to the Ōkato shops and cafes which was really convenient. In country but close enough to New Plymouth which made it easy. It was super comfortable with a lovely fenced garden - perfect for our dog.

Like being on a luxury retreat ,with a warm and welcome atmosphere from hosts Judy and Dennis and cat.. Very comfortable and spacious with a lovely garden Outlook. Delicious breakfast choices with the best home made muesli too..

Duncan and charlotte were charming hosts. Loved the cottage and nice having the chooks wandering about. The cottage was lovely and comfortable. The range of products provided for breakfast was more than what we expected. Looking forwards to staying there again.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Spacious, comfortable rooms and other amenities at hand. Beautiful outdoors area with a nice view of the garden from the deck. Good location if you don't want to stay in New Plymouth as such, yet still within 20 minutes drive to town. It's a homestay rather than a hostel, much friendlier environment and an accommodating host. We've had a good break away from Auckland, but you made our stay memorable. Thank you 🙂
