I had such a beautiful stay in Chitwan at this hotel! The facilities are lovely and I loved having my meals on the balconies overlooking the surrounding fields. I am thankful for Suraj and his family for all of their help! They booked my day full of canoeing, jungle walks, bird watching, and a jeep safari — all with wonderful and expert guides! I would highly recommend staying here as it was a very convenient location to the main street of Sauraha, the bus park, and of course, Chitwan National Park 😊 Thank you for treating me so well and making me feel so comfortable and at ease!!

Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. It's not a hotel from my point of view. Homely atmosphere, hospitality and brotherhood blown my mind. You will get everything as per your need. Room was clean, hot shower available and food was also amazing, especially the recipe of chicken😊. It's value for money. Everything is available at a walkable distance. Enjoy your stay at this property as you like. I will definitely stay here if I come again & recommending you also.

A Home way from home.
I was super impressed with the service, the owner Rhino land home stay made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast set us up for the day. We organised the morning walking tour and Jeep in the afternoon which was the perfect way to enjoy the National park.
Our stay was fantastic due to the lovely host family. Everything was clean and there was nothing missing at all to make us feel comfortable. We even were invited to the birthday party of his son and were fully included in the celebrities like we were no strangers but friends.
The highlight was a 2D1N jungle walk led by the outstanding guide Bishnu. Chital Lodge is a hidden gem for those seeking simplicity and genuine connection with the environment.
A perfect place to stay. Our host Lokraj went out of his way to make us feel welcome like family. Attending directly to all of our needs be it tours,taxis, cycle hire or cultural performances it gave us a memorable experience of Sauraha and the Chitwan region. Just far enough from the hustle but close to town and surrounded by locals going about daily life. With the host’s favourite response of “no problem “ you can’t go wrong.
This homestay is absolutely incredible!!! The location is stunningly beautiful, the hosts are exceptionally friendly and kind, the food is delicious, the safaris they offer are amazing and memorable adventures!! Some of my best memories in Nepal have been staying here. I highly recommend this homestay!! I can’t recommend it enough!!!
A truly rustic homestay far away from the tourist centres. Harry and his family (and dog) are very warm people and, as a lone traveller, I especially enjoyed having our meals together
