Arriving at Casa Papaki after a long travel by bus was really good. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and organized, the bed was super good. Teresa is really an amazing host, helped with everything and cooks really well. I highly recommend eating at home! I also had a small problem with the payment and Teresa was super patient.

It was quiet and relaxed at this place. It was just in front of the water. They had a mango tree with tasty mangos. Everyone was very friendly and we could use the kitchen for preparing our meals. We were also able to order food which was very tasty and cheap. We had a motorbike, so transportation was convenient, but without it would be as easy. Our room was clean, we had two fans and enough space for our luggage. The tap water was drinkable. It was filtered water from coming from the mountain 🏔️.

We enjoyed staying at Holy Spirit. The location of the hostel is very quiet and secluded. You feel like you are sleeping in the middle of the jungle, but you are close to nice restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. In the evening pendant lights create a nice atmosphere.
Azael and his wife are very friendly and helpful hosts, who respond quickly to any questions or requests we had. The breakfast ( pancakes with fruits, fresh coconut water and coffee) was lovely. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax!

The best place in the whole island. It is next to the beach, it is very quiet and relaxed. It is clean. The food is delicious and the owner is very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here.

The home stay is amazing and not located in a crowded area with hostels. Teresa, the owner, is such a smart and lovely person. Her animals (dogs, cats, chicken) are amazing too.
Right on the lake and super friendly and helpful staff/family homestay. They arrange everything for you, like canoes right around the corner to go to the volcano and the crocodiles, big recommendation
Literally the cutest home. We had the nicest room and it was so clean and beautiful. The building was like an actual house instead of a hotel/hostel feel. Lots of cute chickens and pups running around. A really great host and breakfast. It was so quiet and peaceful.
