I haven’t seen anyone more caring and cheerful than the family running this comfortable and extremely clean guesthouse. They went through a lot of trouble accommodating me (giving me lifts in rainy weather, etc.) while keeping smiling, cheerful and friendly. They even let me check out in the evening without any extra charges. The air conditioning was just right and I had a good night sleep without either sweating or shivering. The shower was hot with clean towels, slippers, and the amenities. My toilet was clean and no one else could use it. No insects/flies either. Do not waste your money on those hotels with misleading nice pictures on the web but with stained sheets, smelly toilets, and cockroaches hanging around. This guesthouse is extremely clean. The rooms are not huge, but the hosts’ hearts definitely are.

The room is HUGE. Location is good: plenty of places to eat, big grocery nearby, less than 10 minutes to a train station. Their view is fantastic! Table was nice to work.

The ambience transport one into another world or resort. Very well done! Lots of personal touch which makes us wanted to stay in instead of going out. Love the greens and the water effect. In fact, it felt cool. Coffee was superb at Whatever Works Cafe next to the property which also belongs to the owner. Wished they were open for breakfast. The photos on their advertisement is exactly the same.

Everything was perfect. It’s situated in an exceptional position, few minutes by walk from some of the main attractions in KL and from the metro. We had an amazing view from our apartment and the ones from the pool terrace is outstanding. Our apartment was big and comfortable enough for 2 people with many amenities like the kitchen and washing machine. I loved the nook with sofa under the window. I appreciated the silence, we couldn’t hear anything and the building was crowded and i liked the mini market in the lobby. Our check in and check out process was really good and smooth and Shah was really careful with our needs
