The 24/7 Reception and the staff in general are really helpful. Even if you don't speak Kasach or Russian, they will find a way to help you. The breakfast isn't expensive and meets the general needs.

Location and wi-fi. If I were the owner of a big apartment located this close to Bayterek, I would have spent some money improving or at least maintaining it. We would gladly pay twice as much for this apartment, if only it was in a better condition. But that's the Westerners' perspective, locals are obviously not that picky, considering the score here.

The room was cozy and clean, private bathroom, everyday cleaning and great host and housekeeper. All promises were decided in a shortest period. Location is also good, quiet place is perfect to have a good nap. There are lots of shopping malls nearby, with good breakfasts and lunches.
