The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to share their culture. You can sit together on the dining table and drink tea and share story with them if you're open to it. It was almost like a homestay but with the comfort of a hotel. We really felt like valued guests. Truly amazing view from the rooms.

Amazing location and great hosts! The view is breathtaking! After reading some negative reviews in the last week's I was a bit worried, and yes the dinner was late (we are in Jordan, not in Switzerland) and yes there is some construction work going on (great that they are taking care of the water supply and rooms! The noise didn't disturb at all) and yes they are trouble shooting and trying to fit in and meet the wishes, requests and schedules of all guests and they are doing a great job! My mom (65 years old) and I loved it!

Musa is a great host that makes you feel at home right away! Everything is easily arranged, and with good prices. Also nice that in the evening, most of the guests have dinner together.

The location of the camp is insane! You are on a hill close to Dana. The view is amazing and the staff is very nice. I did the Wadi Ghuweir trail and they organised my transport, gave me a lunchbox and were honest to me that I wouldn’t need a guide (as the locals would try to sell). After the hike we had a laugh and we sang and danced over some tea. They also make a traditional breakfast and dinner, which was delicious

Moussa is a great host, he helped us from the start with tips to arrange our trip to Dana, and was really welcoming and very friendly. We had a great stay in Dana, the place is quaint and basic but with everything you need and perfectly located, with beautiful surroundings, great for hiking. Next time I hope to stay longer and do day hikes in Dana with Moussa as a guide!
