The location was very close to the train station and nearby supermarket, so even if one doesn't have breakfast included one can go and buy food in the store. It took 20-25 mins to get to the beach, and they also had a good pizza place 2 mins away from the room. The staff was very kind and was ready to help. The rooms are cleaned every day in the mornings except Sundays and holidays.

The location is perfect, close to the city center, close to restaurants, close to the beach. The room is equipped with ultra modern equipment, everything has a very good quality (from towels, mattress, coffee machine, etc)
The owner,Michele, is involved in everything you may need during your stay and assist you to feel excelent. Michela and Elena are all the time available and extremely helpfu with advicesl in all you may imagine.

We were contacted in advance by Empatia on what we should do to get inside. They were available via WhatsApp on questions we had and addressing requirements. We had a very positive reaction all the time. The cleaning lady was doing a good job and everything was left tidy and organised. The location was perfect. Everything was close by. The railway station on 659m from Empatia and down below is a nice coffee shop plus a good size supermarket. Highly recommended.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.

Perfect location - close to restaurants / shops / bus stop and just 5-10 minutes walk from the sea.
The accommodation was as described. Great position, 2-3 minutes to the beach, big parking included in the price. In the evening a man with a truck is selling fresh fruits and vegetables right on the street in front of the accommodation. Manuel was a great host. We had a little issue with the washing machine and he came in 5 minutes and he solved it. He offered us some tips. I think one can't get something better for 60€/night. We will definitely be back there and we can only recommend it.
