Everything was great. We were late for check-in, but they were waiting for us. The room is clean, there is a jacuzzi in the room. There is a breakfast service, which is very convenient. Breakfast is very good. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The children still swam in the pool after the sea. The place is quiet and cozy. 30 minutes to Pisa and 30 minutes to La Spezia. Excellent location for relaxation. This apartment is definitely worth the money.

Very charming old house. Lovely decorated by an also very sweet couple! Beds are good! Beautiful combination of antiques and art pieces. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the village with a lot of good options to have breakfast or dinner. We did not rent a car and this was very doable. Took every day the bus to rhe beach, about 20 minutes.

He talked to every guest every morning, gave tips for excursions. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, with a nice cozy garden and seating area, the rooms are clean. Smaller breakfast selection, but everything is fresh and even so you can find your own. The price/performance ratio is great.
