The studios are located in a quiet area north of Bolzano, about 15 minutes walk from the center. The place is beautiful, comfortable, everything is new and perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail. Although the reason for my stay was very complicated (I was accompanying my husband in the hospital after a very serious accident), staying in this studio has made me feel better. Paolo, the landlord, was always concerned that I was well, he solved all my doubts and helped me when I needed it.
As I had to go to and from the hospital several times a day, Paolo offered me to rent a bike to move around the city. It was the best decision, the bike is brand new, it works great and Bolzano is a perfect city to get around by bike. I can only recommend this place, I will remember it fondly despite the harsh circumstances and I hope to return one day to enjoy it as it deserves.

Kadaun where Eggentaller is situated is a lovely village at the outskirts of Bolzano/ Bozen. Conveniently situated for reaching Seceda, Latemar and the lakes. Eggentaler offers a refined rural mini- resort atmosphere, and fantastic food at the restaurant which is Michelin-listed. A nice swimming pool with sun shining on the deck well after 7PM in early August. Great time overall. Markus is a great host!

Amazing location right in the heart of bolzano and close walk to the station. Great host who allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. Great balcony and loft apartment that was clean and perfect for our short stay. The bolzano cards were a great addition allowing us free transport during our stay.
The apartment is located in the city center, in the best area of Bolzano. Below the apartment, there was also a famous pub frequented by locals. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Host very responsive. If it weren't for a negative incident for me, I would always return to this apartment for the convenience and cleanliness it offers.
The location was excellent. Lovely views from the rooftop and a great central location. Valentin was a great host and answered all questions very quickly - he even popped in to help with some TV problems.
Lovely host - thank you Juan! The apartment had all we needed and was a good base for exploring the city and the Dolomites. The underfloor heating was cosy and the kitchen good for cooking in. Supermarkets close by!
The location is superb, on a quiet street, just a short walk to the old town with lots of shopping, eating places. Makes us feel like locals as the hotel is a residential area inside a courtyard. Staff was very friendly and helpful, waking early to book us a taxi to the train station :-)
This was a beautiful home stay style stay with the perfect location on the outskirts of town but frequent transport into town. The host family was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and the pool was great after a long hike!
