Owner and staff are extremely kind and helpful. Despite civil work taking place during our stay we didn’t had any issues on the contrary they ensured no work while we had breakfast or lunch. Rooms are nicely decorated and decent size. Home made breakfast and dinner was very delicious and as per our need.

The Hotel:
Rooms are spacious, welcoming, well designed and impeccably clean. The decor is subtle yet traditional and quite inviting. Air conditioner, WiFi network, shower heater and water pressure all worked well. It really does feel like a home away from home.
The Stay:
The bed was SO comfortable providing a great night’s rest after sightseeing all day. Rooftop restaurant and views were a nice touch given the beautiful sunset. The building is situated on a safe, secure and quiet street. Tuk Tuk rides are offered by Marigold Inn at a fare price and you’re an Ola/Uber ride away from farther destinations. Under a 30-minute ride from Jaipur International Airport.
The Service:
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. Everyone really went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay and even facilitated printouts of some travel documents I needed for the next leg of my trip (special thanks for this). They also offer day tours of Jaipur’s vibrant street and landmarks.
10/10 would recommend!

Centrally located, very quiet and clean. The staff is receptive to all suggestions and they are very conscientious of their image. They want to have a nice place and it shows. They are hardworking and humble and Doongri House is a peaceful respite within a chaotic environment.

This is not a Hostel, this is not a Hotel, this is a Homestay. Already after 1 day I felt like I am really at home there. I actually wanted to see more of the city, but it was so good to meet those people, that I spent a lot of time at home too. If you are interested in connecting with locals and feel safe this is the best place to be.

I spent one week in the Pratap
Bhawans homestay. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Also the bathroom has warm running water. The building is nice and located closed to the central part of Jaipur. The owner Mr Himanshu is a good cook and he cooked superb food for me for breakfast and dinner. Since i staid so many days i can say this home stay was like a home for me.
Le Fort Homestay is a little oasis in frenetic Jaipur. It has a lovely terrace to sit quietly with a drink, and eat right next to the fort walls, as well as enjoy a great view out to Jaipur city from the roof top, and watch the locals fly their paper kites from their rooftops. The cook is excellent, we loved everything he created from fresh, which was top quality. Our host was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do, as well as organising our train travel to our next destination. It is also a good place to have your laundry done.
Sanjay was a lovely host in a beautiful homestay in a very safe neighborhood. The room is clean and decorated with love. We have a great list of places to visit not just seightseeing also restaurant and stores (we visit all!! Recommended). Sanjay is a very good cook, we would even come just for breakfast!

Aruj and his mother were lovely hosts. Very hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable about local Jaipur attractions. The homestay is in a quiet and beautiful side street close to some great restaurants and bars (e.g. Peacock restaurant). It's very easy to reach all the attractions by car or auto rickshaw which Aruj is more than happy to arrange for you. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Highly recommended!
Everything! It’s the best homestay I’ve ever stayed and not only in India. Wonderful house full of history, lovely hosts, spacious and very tastefully decorated bedrooms with bathrooms attached, tasty food - I recommend in 100% to stay here. It’s a gem in busy Jaipur :)
Michael was a great host! If you are coming in late at the airport (like us), the location is very convenient. They were very accommodating with early/late check-in/out. The Homestay is not directly on a main road so it is nicely quiet. The room was spacious and clean.
