A lovely & peaceful place for us to land on the first leg of our trip! We spent three days here & adored the view & air on our upstairs balcony. Creative design of the (deliciously clean & new) small space meant we still had enough room with multiple suitcases to make ourselves at home & relax. We appreciated the little touches in our room like robes and selection of coffee drinks & teas (a jet lag saver) Breakfasts were simple but delightful & our host made the time to check in with us on our daily itinerary & gave us great hiking advice in the Burren when we found out our originally planned Cliff Walk was closed. Greeting their sweet ponies every day was also a highlight! We enjoyed some wonderful dinners, heard possibly best music in Ireland and took a magnificent trip to the Aran Islands. Doolin is a special place and we're grateful they decided to share this magical slice of land with us.

The location was great. A few minutes walk to the Doolin harbor where you could catch a ferry to the Aran Islands and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Cliffs of Moher Trail. The breakfasts were great and the staff could not have been more accommodating.

I had an exceptional experience at Vaughn's Anchor Inn. I had the best meal of my trip there (including a visit to Spain), the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The entire facility was clean and fresh, cozy and warm. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend!

The Armada House is a wonderful hotel. The staff make sure everything is the way you want it -- the chocolates and Irish Cream in the room was a nice touch. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb. Kitty did an amazing job on the breakfasts. There are several common rooms to relax in during the evening and enjoy a drink.

Location very friendly staff big room with great shower
Clare and Michael are lovely hosts. Our room was huge and the most comfortable bed. Easy walk into the village and Russell's restaurant is a must. Easy parking in the driveway. Breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked choice, plus cereals, fruit, toast etc. Recommend.
Island View Bed & Breakfast was a fantastic place to begin our vacation. Vincent was a lovely host and made us feel right at home. Not only was the property spotless and comfortable, but he went out of his way to give us tips on local scenery, establishments, and travel. And the view of the Aran Islands and the rocky coast right from the front window was second to none. Our stay here was better than we imagined.
Sinead and Paschal are very welcoming and great hosts. Breakfast was delicious and room really comfortable. We really enjoyed our two nights stay and would definitely go back.
