The beautiful Cloonan House is tastefully furnished with a cosy atmosphere. An ideal place for reading and writing. In the morning I woke up by the sound of waves lapping the shore. When the sun was high in the sky, I had a run along The Sky Road while marvelling at the beauty of the Atlantic Sea and the spectacular mountains.
Catriona was thoughtful and attentive. She made sure that I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay in her house. A very lovely hostess.

Perfect t location between Tully Cross and Letterfrack- both villages with some great bars, music and food. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. Super view on the mountains and close by to the most beautiful beaches and walks. Facilities were great and they have everything you could need and very helpful and friendly.
Buttermilk Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, so you can just park your car and easily walk to town.

It is self catering. But the lady of the house had beautful brown bread and another one that my husband went mad for left for us. There is nothing that she has left out. Bed was big and comfortable. Will def be back.
