The family who own the property are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and they provided towels. The balcony is handy. There's also AC if you get too hot. The cooking facilities are adequate although I didn't use them.
Location is good for access to the strip.
It was a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again.

The staff (and with the staff I mean Vasilis) was GREAT, super friendly, helpful, caring and kind. The place has a great position: near the sea, the bus stop and the facilities but still in a quiet street, out if the hustle of Laganas. The space outside in the terrace was allowing us to have breakfast and meals (also thanks to the fridge and water boiler they gave us). We had breakfast included at Infinite Beach (also they were super kind with us, changing some things I couldn't eat in the breakfast) and it was delicious and very nutritious (a full English breakfast). Just side note: the breakfast free for the customer ends at 12.00, don't forget it! The Infinite Beach club will become a second home for you (a walking distance of 10 minutes), they are also very friendly and caring. Overall it was a great stay for us.
Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea.

The seaside location allowed us to conveniently go swimming, relax and go back to our rooms effortlessly. We also had a lovely view of Zakynthos town from the balcony. Both Nikos and Maria were fantastic hosts and gave us the best tips for restaurants and beaches.

The apartment is not in the city centre, so it is more quiet. The garden is very nice in front of the builiding. At the back there is a nice terrace with sunbeds, and there is also a small sandy beach that you share with the neighbouring apartments.
The restautants are very close, there is a small shop and bakery right on the other side of the road.
We booked a room with a side view of the sea from the balcony.
The room was very tidy and clean. There was cleaning every day in the rooms. The room was spacious just like in the photos.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Yannis was a very good host. He helped in everything. He mentioned us all the places that is nice to visit, offered us to arrange boat trips and taxi. In the apartman a local wine was waiting for us. The apartman is close to the beach. Just 25 min walk. Very clean house with fridge, cooking facilities and airconditioner just behind the supermarket.
The accommodation looks like the photos. Everything is very clean, the cleaning lady came every day and did a great job. There is a restaurant directly below the accommodation, a super market like 1 minute away, and the famous strip 2minutes walk away.
Fotis is a great host. He helped us organize a transfer from the airport, invited us to his bar & gave out some free drinks.

I would recommend this apartment to everyone who travels with children. It's location is perfect, short walking distance from the beach but just far enough from the main street party. Really quiet in the night, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees.
The host family is the best! The room is not the latest fashion but really comfortable and have everything you need for the perfect holiday.
