I did not book breakfast, this property is self catering. I choose this location because of its proximity to the University of Stirling. It took only five minutes to drive up to the university campus. I got the key safe open fairly easily. I was concerned that it might be digital . There was no one else staying at this property at the time of our stay . There was plenty of room at the location and it was good to be able to go out in the garden. The kitchen was very modern and full of all the latest conveniences. it was a very quiet location and there was no external noise or traffic.

we had a very friendly welcome from the person in charge of the place, the room was spacious and organised and everything was cleaned and replenished every day. in addition the location was great, on the main street and close to everything.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The room was very comfortable. Stuart is a great host who really goes above and beyond for his guests. Excellent breakfast!
The Guest House is a short walk to the City centre (Bus stop close by but we didn't use it).
Stuart has been a great host for us. He welcomed us and made us feel at home from the very first moment! Our room was lovely and very comfortable and the guesthouse is within walking distance from every town attraction.
