Loved the communication with the host and housekeeper. The room had plenty of storage and the bathroom was large. There was tea and coffee inside the room for our use and they even got us a fan because it was hot!

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We never expect much from cheap rooms like this. We turned up and were very impressed. Greeted by lovely hostess, easily found the place. It was so clean and very well decorated. Hostess was on hand and left us water in room, even offered lovely cold bottles of water that she had put in freezer as the day was sooooo hot.
