Spanhoe Lodge, hotel in Oakham

Spanhoe Lodge is a luxury 4 Star Gold AA and Breakfast Award guest house, providing large ground floor rooms with attached bathroom, award-winning breakfasts and a bar.

Very spacious, well kitted for long stays. unfortunately I was only there for a night. I imagine the place on a long hot summer bank holiday weekend, pool, hot tub jacuzzi, perfect! Provision of general grooming and refreshments (didn't find milk in the refrigerator as stated but didn't need it)

The Garden Room, hotel in Oakham

Featuring a garden, The Garden Room features accommodations in Stamford. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi.

The property is a little difficult to locate, but once found has what's needed for a pleasant stay within reasonable walking distance from central Stamford. Food isn't provided and the bathroom is shared, but facilities are comfortable and clean and parking on the street is available. Directions were emailed to me, but I didn't see them in time.

The Barn, hotel in Oakham

The Barn is located in South Witham, just 28 miles from Belgrave Road and 29 miles from Leicester Train Station.

It was perfect! I had a very comfortable and cosy stay. The owners are so friendly, and the property is in a lovely quiet village right off the A1. It was beautifully decorated, there was fresh milk for a cup of tea and the bed was very comfortable. A real home away from home! They had everything you could need.

Jubilee House, hotel in Oakham

Jubilee House is located in Oakham, just 20 miles from Leicester Train Station and 20 miles from Belgrave Road. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge.

Jubilee House was perfect for our needs, meeting up with family. There was ample accommodation for the 6 of us. We ate in and we also ate at the lovely pub 50 yards away. We needed two car parking spaces, so one of us had to park on the road, which worked out OK. The town itself is lovely, and we also went bike riding and the Aqua Park at Rutland. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay thank you. Really enjoyed the location, the outlook. Arrived during a beautiful Rutland sunset! Found there to be a lovely lively energy in this quaint village pub. Good hearty meals and tea and breakfast. If the locals like it, it must be a good sign. Room was perfect for me on my own - enough space for my things and sweet in its design. Clean, comfy bed and linen. Friendly service from all the team. Would recommend.
