It was an amazing place! Right in town center with such a lovely atmosphere and room full equipped movies, games, coffe, soft drinks, etc., also the kitchen had a lot of options for our free breakfast, I was in contact with a guy (didn't ask for the name) and he was so helpful and kind to let us keep our backpacks there before and after the check in/out time, I highly recommend this place, the only noise during the nights were the seagulls that made you feel sleeping in a beachfront house, loved it.

If I could give this an 11 I would. The room was super comfortable , private, quiet, spotless, great bed with an incredible bathing area. The owners were more than friendly;they made us feel welcome and genuinely cared. After several days when we needed to leave VERY early to travel Graham met us personally at 6 am to help us with our bags. Breakfast was served family style… this was a true inn. The area is just far enough from a small town to give the feeling of staying in a real Scottish estate. If you’re going to the Speyside area, this should be your first choice.

The location is in a very private and quiet spot. Every detail has been covered ie iron, hair dryer, torch, small mirror in bedrooms which women like to have when there isn’t a wall mirror😊 ample breakfast cereals, variety of milks, juices, ground coffee, fruit.
Mostly there are no staff at the property however Simon messaged regularly to check if anything was needed.

Our hosts were very considerate about our food needs. They were also very welcoming and informative. It was a real pleasure to see the art work displayed in their house.. We would go back to Ronas House in a heartbeat.

Great location just an easy walk to the city centre. We arrived on our motorbike earlier than planned due to the wet weather. Our room was made available straightaway and we were made so welcome. The accommodation was superb as was the continental breakfast. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our stay in Inverness, all the staff were lovely.

Carisbrooke Guest House was wonderful to stay in! It is A charming and cozy property. Joy, who owns Carisbrooke is so wonderful! He takes pride in what he does and is always smiling! He truly wants to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! The property is in a great location, and it’s a nice walk to the heart of Inverness.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Beautiful location and perfect to getaway from the crowds. Above all, Carnach House has great hosts who gave lovely tips around the neigbourhood and scotland itself. Breakfast was delicious every day.

Not only will the hosts do everything to make your stay very wonderfull, great rooms. We had a separate but pacious bathroom, they provided the ropes. Good bed, very clean room. They try to adjust the breakfast to their customers. What a great hosts they are! .
Great location, big rooms with great decor . Plenty of tea and coffee etc and biscuits. Lovely host and guy cooked fantastic vegetarian breakfasts. Close to the beach and town . Evening meals were great too but you must book as it’s popular, especially weekends
Brilliant location! Clean, tidy & very central for all activities! Helen is a great host & her breakfast, most of which is locally sourced, certainly sets you up for the days activities! Beautiful, tranquil garden to sit it for my morning coffee!
