The location was absolutely outstanding. You had that country side feeling and the village of Woodhall Spa was only 4 miles away so you could obtain anything you needed.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Fantastic little place, loved access to the pool and the property has lovely views over the fields. Upgrade with hot tub was an added bonus! Great value for money and lovely hosts.
We hadn't tried a homestay before and were very lucky to find such a superb room and setting in The Dovecote. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated, driveway parking, peaceful setting and open views over the garden and fields behind. The room was exceptional, 5* facilities, linen, cleanliness, chiller, iron, tea & coffee. Everything about The Dovecote is a quality experience and will be our go to place should we return to the area.
