The amenities in the room were completely updated — easy to charge my cell phone with usb wall charger, Roku tv allowed me to watch my favorite shows, excellent shower too. Loved the views. Easy to set the room to my preference temperature. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Melissa was a terrific host, and was very helpful with helping us navigate the area. The home was lovely with a beautiful garden. Breakfast provided plenty of variety, including freshly baked croissants.
Facing the beachfront in Pagham, 18 Ledra Drive features a garden and a terrace, and a free private parking. At the guest house, all rooms come with a wardrobe.

Very secure parking, warm greeting, clean large well fitted room, mini bar in room, comfortable bed, good shower room. Very freshly cooked breakfast. It was all excellent. Margita Miller was a great host. It is easy walking distance from town centre and sea front.
What a great place to stay. Large room, very clean and modern. Everything worked. Tea, coffee, chocolate drink, biscuits and even some cake. great hosts, great breakfast and a great location. And all for a price that would be double if this was a hotel. Fantastic :-). The zero touch approach to checkin with clear instructions made it very easy when we arrived. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. 11/10 for me.
Lovely rural, quiet location. The room was lovely and some real effort had gone into the attention to detail. Loved the brownies on arrival. Debbie was a really lovely host and very accommodating with our breakfast time and provided some great traffic avoiding instructions to get to Goodwood.
