Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Friendly staff we were made to feel welcome ,The rooms are upstairs above the pub it was nice to eat and drink with the locals and regulars rooms are clean ,hotel is a reasonable price I would stay there again
A nice place for a self-catering stay. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice big bathroom. Overall very comfortable. Bed linen clean and lovely towels provided. Important: This is a private home and not a holiday apartment in the traditional sense - bearing that in mind, it has absolutely everything you need and more..... Hosts provided a very nice welcoming tray of initial supplies, tea, coffee etc. also provided (although we had, of course, also brought our own). Cleaning/laundry products were also provided - a very thoughtful gesture.
Really beautiful location, gorgeous barn, very peaceful. My dogs and I were made to feel so welcome and at home. Lovely hostess and really kind and generous welcome gift.
