From the start Sal at reception was so hospitable and comical.
I think his name was Nick who showed us to our room, again very pleasant. We only stayed for one night and the room was up to a good standard (No 41).
Some reviews raise concern over the shower cubicle but I found it ok. It had hot water and a good pressure so yes I was happy and clean.
Value for the price and a great location for staying in Chester and walking around the city.

Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful, very comfortable and just what was needed for a romantic get away. The view of the canal was stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful. The locals are the city are also helpful. Easy access to the spa, so much information given about what the hotel provides.

Excellent apartment just a couple of minutes walk from the city centres shops, pubs and restaurants.
The bed is so comfy, the apartment is spotlessly clean with everything included for a home from home stay.

The Property was in a Quiet Location. Nunu and Jess where Great host and the locals where very Welcoming. Lovely little pub nice food and Great Breakfast. Not forgetting the Room was spotlessly Clean 😊
