Warm Welcome by a lovely Gentleman called Bash. He was very informative & directed my husband to the car park & went to greet him there while i sat in the comfortable reception area. He asked why we were visiting & I mentioned the day b4 was my Birthday. He up graded us to a fabulous room with a kitchen a room where us ladies can do our hair & get ready. It was sooooo clean every where!! The Glass in the shower looked like there wasn’t glass in it! Just the perfect place lovely staff a nice man greeted us in the morning. For a city Cathedral Guest house 2 min walk to the centre at £75!! Just brilliant. Thank you Bash!

It was an unusual experience, the house is full of junk, clearly a hoarder. I was in an illegal attic space, I could only stand up in the middle of the room, it had a hatch which I had to close when I was in the room and the ladder up is dangerous. I would not recommend to anyone, worst place I have ever stayed in, I wanted to leave immediately but I couldn’t find anywhere else at short notice, you should not have this place on your books, I have been robbed!

Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful, very comfortable and just what was needed for a romantic get away. The view of the canal was stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful. The locals are the city are also helpful. Easy access to the spa, so much information given about what the hotel provides.

The bed is so comfy, the apartment is spotlessly clean with everything included for a home from home stay.
