An excellent room of a very high quality
I booked breakfast which were superb, with local produce, fresh bread and plentiful
You do need a car for this area but ample parking and easy to find. Great location to travel from for mountains or going by the lake (lac leman)
There are nearby small towns which have lots of cafe's and restaurants ..all price points ! for evening meals
The owners Richard and Josephine were lovely, helpful and very friendly.

We had a great stay. Everything is new, clean and refurbished but still keeping the original charm of the building. Yannick is very nice, making you feel welcome, providing everything needed and giving great material to find good restaurants and hikes. The overall area is amazing with great hiking spots close as well as lake Geneva. Views from the property on the mountains are amazing. The pool is great to relax and refresh. The breakfast is the cherry on top with a large selection of local food and drinks.

We like to have at least some Scrambled or Fried Egg on toast but nothing was on offer and only Earl Grey tea etc. we like Black tea such as English Breakfast tea also in the room NO powdered coffees were available, no milk, only one cup for two people and to plug in the kettle we had to put on the bedside cabinet, (no power point by the kettle).
The Croissants etc. were exellent.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Lovely family run hotel slap bang in the middle of Thonon. We used it as an overnight stop on our way to Morzine (you’re about 45 minutes away). Make sure you book the dinner in advance as it’s a lovely popular restaurant used by locals so gets fully booked.
The greatest level of hospitality and kindness! Great host with an extraordinary hobby (collecting moustache cups, you'll be able to drink the morning coffee wfom one of them), youll feel yourself like in the antique shop: lots of antique items in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the rooms.
The room is clean and tidy.
The host provided the fresh bread.

Wonderful apartment, newly renovated with much love for details and perfectly located in the city center, just a short walk away from the lake. Sonia was a great host and super flexible as my arrival was a bit later as scheduled and she was also able to give me a late check out, which was great.
